What is Scleroderma?
Scleroderma, or systemic sclerosis, is a chronic connective tissue disease generally classified as one of the autoimmune rheumatic diseases. The word “scleroderma” comes from two Greek words: “sclero” meaning hard, and “derma” meaning skin. Hardening of the skin is one of the most visible manifestations of the disease. Read more >>>

A special thank you to those who have voluntarily donated to the foundation in 2015. This year we hope to exceed last years donations which go to various organizations – including the Ocean Pines Recreation Department, Ruth Eason School, Severna Park High School Special Education Department, and the Diakonia Homeless Shelter in Berlin, MD.
